CUI Global’s Wholly-Owned Subsidiary, CUI Inc., to Present and Exhibit its Novum® Advanced Power Modules at electronica 2012 Trade Show in Munich

Thursday, September 27, 2012 – TUALATIN, OR — CUI Global, Inc. (NASDAQ: CUI), a platform company dedicated to the acquisition, development, and commercialization of new, innovative products and technologies, today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, CUI Inc., will present and exhibit at the upcoming electronica 2012 show held on November 13-16, 2012 in Munich, Germany.  

The electronica 2012 show gives visitors a comprehensive and multilayered look at the world of electronics.  It is an international industry gathering and serves as an incomparable platform for the exchange of electronic “know-how.”  This electronics trade fair covers the entire industry, from components and systems to applications and services, and all industry segments. With some 72,185 visitors; 2,578 exhibitors; 142,500 square meters of exhibition space in 12 halls; and 541 journalists, it is the benchmark of the electronics industry.

CUI intends to demonstrate its fully digital power system based on the company's Novum® Advanced Power modules, building on its recently announced (September 20, 2012) expanded relationship with Ericsson, the world's leading provider of technology and services to telecom operators.  That expansion added to the existing initiative between the two companies to develop and market multi-source, digital Point-of-Load power solutions that are based on the Ericsson footprints and designs.
